I stayed in this hotel in 1998 on business. The Residence Lord Byron was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. I would give it a one. It was very dingy and worn. The two best things about this hotel were the location and the view of the Eiffel Tower from my top floor room.

Chris ended up with some foot fungus or something during our visit. He thought it was from his new shoes, but I am convinced that it was from the hotel. (Fleas?) After he showed me his feet, I slept fully clothed for the rest of the trip!
